Lynsey graduated from the University of Plymouth with an LLB (Hons) Law degree in 2003 and from Bournemouth University with an MSc in Finance & Law in 2005.
Lynsey began her career as a Private Client Paralegal in March 2008 and graduated from the University of Strathclyde with a Specialist Paralegal Qualification in Wills, Trusts and Executries in June 2009. Lynsey has over 12 years’ experience in a variety of private client matters, including administration of executries, trust administration and adults with incapacity matters. Lynsey is also a Law Society of Scotland Accredited Paralegal and a member of the Scottish Paralegal Association.
