Immigration appeals in Scotland take place at the Tribunals Centre in Glasgow. Only Scottish solicitors or practicing Advocates (the Scottish term for a Barrister) can appear at these hearings so please bear this in mind when choosing legal representation.
At an initial consultation we will check whether you have a right of appeal and equally importantly provide specialist advice as to whether an appeal is the best option for you. In some cases, a better option might be to make a fresh application due largely to the lengthy delays in the Tribunal system and also to the uncertain nature of litigation.
Where litigation is necessary, we have been representing clients at the hearing centre in Glasgow for over 25 years. We have established an excellent reputation at the Tribunal and are known for our thorough presentation and skilful legal arguments.
Our specialist lawyers have the expertise to take on any type of immigration appeal before the Tribunal irrespective of the level of novelty or complexity.
