Our litigation team, which is spread throughout Scotland's central-belt, is able to provide advice on a wide range of civil matters including:

These matters may require the raising or defending of court proceedings. Our advice will aim to resolve your dispute, wherever possible, without recourse to the courts. Alternative means of reaching a resolution, such as mediation, may be explored with you.
