
Lindsay also has experience preparing cases for appeal. She has a particular interest in cases involving the right to private and family life and complex applications under the EU Settlement Scheme.
Lindsay has a client-focused approach, and always pays close scrutiny to all aspects of an application when preparing cases.
Lindsay joined the firm as a trainee solicitor, completing her first seat in our medical negligence department in Edinburgh before moving to the immigration team in Glasgow.
In addition to her law degree, Lindsay holds an LLM with Distinction in International Law from the University of Edinburgh, which focused on human rights law. She also studied abroad on an Erasmus exchange at the University of Copenhagen. Prior to joining Drummond Miller, Lindsay worked for her local Citizens Advice Bureau, volunteered at a Glasgow law centre and undertook an internship at a United Nations court in The Hague.
