We are pleased to announce a new round of promotions across Drummond Miller, recognising colleagues across our medical negligence, litigation and immigration teams.
The latest promotions see women take five of the six promoted roles and reflect the range of talent and experience across the firm.
Alejandra Ruggeri has been promoted to Senior Associate in our Medical Negligence team. A skilled litigator and Notary Public, Alejandra acts exclusively for pursuers in complex medical negligence claims and is regularly instructed in the Court of Session and the All Scotland Personal Injury Court. She is recognised for combining technical expertise with a compassionate approach to clients facing life-changing circumstances.
Gillian Lolic has been promoted to Senior Associate within our Glasgow Litigation team. Gillian specialises in clinical negligence and historic child abuse claims and has developed extensive experience handling complex and sensitive cases across Scotland’s courts. As our Historic Child Abuse specialist, she supports survivors in pursuing the most appropriate route to justice and compensation.
We have also promoted Katrina Gallacher to Associate in our Immigration team, Julie Sharp to Associate in our Glasgow Litigation team, Megan O’Donnell to Senior Solicitor in our Edinburgh Litigation team and Amy Thomson to Immigration Assistant in Glasgow.
We employ more than 150 people across our offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Bathgate, Dalkeith, Musselburgh, Bearsden, Bishopbriggs and East Kilbride. Women make up 76% of our workforce.
