Lorna has over 15 years’ experience in Family Law and deals with a wide range of issues including divorce/separation, resolution of financial issues, residence/contact of children, pre-nuptial agreements, protective orders and Children’s Hearings. Lorna is approachable, friendly and excellent at communicating with clients and keeping them updated throughout their case. She deals with all clients sensitively as she understands what an emotional and difficult time it can be.
Lorna will work hard to try and resolve your case without contentious court proceedings but if court action is required she will strongly advocate for you and help you navigate the court system. Lorna will provide you with legal advice for your specific circumstances and work tirelessly to achieve the best result for you.
Lorna is also experienced in obtaining guardianship orders and is regularly instructed to obtain orders for young people as they reach the age of 16.
