Kelsey is a Solicitor in the Immigration department, based in our Edinburgh office. She supports clients with a range of immigration matters, including visa and nationality applications, family migration and appeals, providing clear and practical advice tailored to their individual circumstances.
Kelsey graduated from the University of Dundee in 2021 with an LLB (Hons) in Scots Law and French, before gaining practical experience at an Edinburgh-based conveyancing firm. She went on to complete her Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Edinburgh in 2023.
Kelsey completed her two-year traineeship with Drummond Miller, undertaking her first seat with the Court of Session Litigation team, where she gained experience across a broad range of civil matters. She then completed her second seat within the Immigration team, developing her knowledge and experience in immigration law.
Kelsey qualified as a Solicitor in July 2026 and continues to work within the Immigration department.
