Gillian Lolic is an Associate and Notary Public who joined the firm’s Glasgow Office in 2021. She studied her LLB (Hons) at the University of Glasgow. She qualified in 2019, having trained exclusively in Personal Injury litigation in a respected city-centre firm. She is a member of the Civil Litigation Team, specialising in Clinical Negligence and Historic Child Abuse claims.
As the firm’s Historic Child Abuse specialist, she is able to assist clients and explain all options available to them including CICA, Redress and civil compensation claims.
Gillian has experience in all aspects personal injury, having previously handled a diverse caseload of pre-litigated and litigated files, including both Sheriff Court and Court of Session actions. Her caseload includes complex, high value cases of a sensitive nature.
She has experience acting as Edinburgh Agent and appearing on an agency basis in a variety of matters in the Sheriff Court.
Gillian is dedicated to giving clients good clear advice and to building trusting relationships with all interested parties.
