Gaby is a solicitor in the Immigration Department. She is a graduate from the University of Edinburgh, having obtained an LLM in International Law in 2016 followed by the LLB (Graduate Entry) in 2021 and the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice in 2022. Gaby is also a graduate of Clemson University, obtaining a BA in Political Science and BA in Sociology.
During her studies, Gaby volunteered as a Student Advisor at the Free Legal Advice Centre, assisting clients across a wide range of cases and participating in the launch of the Virtual Law Clinic.
In recognition of her activities and commitment to access to justice, she was “Highly Commended” for the Access to Justice Foundation Award at the 2022 LawWorks Attorney General Student Pro Bono Awards.
Gaby completed her traineeship at Drummond Miller in 2024, specialising in immigration law. She has personal experience navigating the immigration system and brings empathy and understanding to clients throughout their visa process. She is passionate about delivering the best service to each client, tailored to each individual case.
