Hi, I'm Karly, a trainee in the Medical Negligence department, two months into my seat. Before starting my traineeship, I worked at Drummond Miller for around a year and a half in a reception and administrative role, which gave me valuable insight into the firm before I even began.
I saw first hand that colleagues at all levels were approachable, supportive and genuinely committed to their work. I was particularly attracted by the possibility to train in medical negligence, which has always been my key area of interest. Progressing into a traineeship felt like a natural next step and an opportunity to build on the knowledge of the firm that I had already gained.
