Liesa is a partner in the Litigation Department and specialises in Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury. She is recognised as one of the leading clinical negligence practitioners in Scotland and acts exclusively on behalf of pursuers.
Liesa is accredited as a specialist in Clinical Negligence Law by the Law Society of Scotland. She is a Senior Litigator with APIL and a member of the Law Society Panel for Specialist Accreditation in Clinical Negligence.
Liesa graduated from Edinburgh University with LLB (Hons) in 1987 and obtained her diploma in Legal Practice from Edinburgh in 1988. She is a Notary Public
She undertook her traineeship with Drummond Miller and became a partner in 1996.
Liesa has been named on the elite list of leading lawyers in the UK along with her Tier 1 ranking and is additionally recommended by the Legal 500 for Personal Injury.
