Promotions in Family Law and Litigation

We are delighted to announce two well deserved promotions within the firm on 1st December 2013.

Lynne Stratford becomes a Partner specialising in Family Law and will be based in our Dalkeith office. Lynne trained with Drummond Miller and after a period doing Court of Session litigation moved to our Dalkeith office where she specialised in family law and sheriff court litigation. More recently our Musselburgh office has benefitted from Lynne's talents in these fields. She is a trained collaborative lawyer and held in high regard by her clients, colleagues and peers. Lynne will shortly be returning to our Dalkeith office.

Alan Rodgers is promoted to Associate based in our Glasgow office. Specialising in pursuer personal injury litigation and employment law Alan has also developed a wide ranging sheriff court practice. For the past several years Alan has been our lead contact with the Rail, Maritime and Transport Workers Union for whom we act in Scotland. Alan will continue to advise RMT members as well as growing his non union personal injury portfolio. As Alan's reputation as a hard working litigator grows he enjoys an increasing number of referrals from former clients and other solicitors.
