On Monday, 10 members of Drummond Miller’s specialist Medical Negligence team attended Inspire Medilaw’s “Anatomy of a cerebral palsy case” conference in Edinburgh.
The team heard from a prestigious range of speakers including midwives, obstetricians, neonatologists, neuroradiologists and care experts about a variety of issues that need to be considered in cerebral palsy cases in order to both succeed and maximise the level of compensation recovered.
