The role

We are offering an exciting two-week legal internship for 4 motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our teams (two in Glasgow and two in Edinburgh).

Applicants must be either 3rd or 4 year LLB student or diploma student. 

This placement is designed to provide hands-on exposure across a broad range of practice areas, including family law, immigration, conveyancing, private client, and litigation. It is an excellent opportunity for anyone considering a career in law to gain valuable work experience and practical insight into day-to-day legal practice within a busy firm.

While the internship is unpaid, we will reimburse any reasonable expenses related to your internship work (e.g.travel or materials), subject to approval.

What you will gain

Key responsibilities may include

  • Assisting with file preparation and legal documents
  • Conducting basic legal research
  • Observing client meetings and court hearings where appropriate
  • Providing general administrative support to the legal team
