What We’re Looking For:

We’re on the lookout for someone who brings a mix of experience, energy, and enthusiasm to the role. The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent people skills – confident communicator who builds trust with clients and colleagues.
• Strong negotiation skills – able to negotiate offers successfully in both sale and purchase.
• Sound market knowledge – an informed understanding of the local property market with the ability to quickly assess emerging trends across Edinburgh and the Lothians to the benefit of our clients.
• Relevant industry experience – ideally with a background in property sales and/or purchasing property in Edinburgh and the Lothians.

·         Creative writing skills – experience in creating sales schedules and agreeing marketing strategies.

·         Highly organised – must be highly organised and possess good IT skills.
