Key Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload and acting on clients’ behalf in a variety of residential property transactions, including purchase, sale, new build, remortgage, transfer of title, discharge, and voluntary registration.
- Taking client instructions and negotiating missives from initial offer through to completion.
- Liaising with lenders, other solicitors, Registers of Scotland, Revenue Scotland, searchers, introducers, and estate agents.
- Proactively progressing transactions and obtaining information from the other side to ensure efficiency and excellent service delivery.
About You
- Qualified and Experienced Paralegal with a background in residential conveyancing.
- Strong organisational and case management skills.
- Excellent communication and client-care abilities.
- A collaborative, proactive, and adaptable team player.
