In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Property Team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Property Department and enjoy the challenge of a fast-paced environment. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, together with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to tight deadlines.


Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as a first point of contact for fee earners, clients and lenders, including handling initial calls/emails and providing quotes.
  • Ordering reports and redemption statements from lenders.
  • Preparing conveyancing drafts and standard securities.
  • Preparing and submitting LBTT returns.
  • Registering applications and ordering searches.
  • Chasing mortgage offers from lenders and arranging loan funds.
  • Submitting advance notices to Registers of Scotland.
  • Preparing cash statements and ordering updated reports.
  • Locating and investigating files via case management systems and across offices.
  • Carrying out post-settlement administration.

About You

  • Experience in Conveyancing Administration
  • Strong organisational and case management skills.
  • Excellent communication and client-care abilities.
  • Proactive, detail-focused, and a strong team player.
