In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Property Team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Property Department and enjoy the challenge of a fast-paced environment. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, together with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as a first point of contact for fee earners, clients and lenders, including handling initial calls/emails and providing quotes.
- Ordering reports and redemption statements from lenders.
- Preparing conveyancing drafts and standard securities.
- Preparing and submitting LBTT returns.
- Registering applications and ordering searches.
- Chasing mortgage offers from lenders and arranging loan funds.
- Submitting advance notices to Registers of Scotland.
- Preparing cash statements and ordering updated reports.
- Locating and investigating files via case management systems and across offices.
- Carrying out post-settlement administration.

- Experience in Conveyancing Administration
- Strong organisational and case management skills.
- Excellent communication and client-care abilities.
