Samantha first experienced the world of HR whilst taking part in a sandwich degree in Business Studies and her passion grew from there. She now has over 12 years’ experience working in HR mainly within the food industry serving the major retailers.
At Drummond Miller, the firm knows that our people are instrumental to the success of the business. Making sure that we have the right people in the right place is key to this success and she is actively involved in this. On a day to day basis, Samantha also deals with all aspects of the full employee life cycle from recruitment to retirement.
Samantha’s role also entails doing all that she can to ensure that Drummond Miller continues to be an employer of choice to all of our staff. In the firm we have many long-standing employees as well as fresh new talent which makes her believe that the firm is a good place to work and that the firm attracts high-quality candidates.
Drummond Miller is genuinely committed to investing and growing talent within and this is borne out by the fact that the majority of our partners trained with the firm. Also, outside of partner level, many of our staff have progressed in their careers at the firm.
Away from work Samantha recently joined the West Lothian Cani-Cross group and can be found running through muddy fields with her dog.
