Mollie is a Trainee Solicitor within Drummond Miller’s Family Law team. She is involved in a wide range of family matters, including divorce, financial separation, and child contact and residence issues. Her role involves preparing client statements, attending Sheriff Court hearings, and drafting documents for the Court of Session.
Mollie graduated with first-class honours from the University of Dundee, where she was awarded the prize for the best honours student. She went on to complete the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice with distinction, achieving top marks in both the Family Law and Criminal Law modules.
Her practical experience includes shadowing a family law advocate through the Faculty of Advocates’ Mini-Devilling Scheme, undertaking a university research internship, and completing Law Society of Scotland training to qualify as a Street Law trainer.
Outside of work, Mollie enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly hiking as well as swimming, reading, and baking.
