She has over 15 years’ experience in all aspects of family law, including complex financial provision and divorce cases; cohabitation cases; pre and postnuptial and cohabitation agreements; and child matters. She is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a Specialist in Family Law.
Lynne is also an accredited Family Law Mediator and member of CALM Scotland. She is able to offer mediation services directly to clients or through referrals from other solicitors. She is also a trained collaborative lawyer, a member of the Scottish Family Law Association, and is a Notary Public.
Lynne is committed to working with clients through negotiation, mediation, and the collaborative process to resolve their disputes without the need to raise contested Court proceedings. In cases where litigation is necessary, however, Lynne is able to offer clients the benefit of considerable experience in conducting cases through the Sheriff Court process.
