Jemma has been working in Immigration since she graduated with her LLB (Hons) Law Degree in 2017. She joined Drummond Miller’s Immigration team in November 2018 and was recently amongst some of the first individuals in Scotland to become recognised as an Accredited Paralegal in Immigration by the Law Society of Scotland.
Jemma has a wide range of knowledge and experience in dealing with a variety of Immigration matters including Family Applications, assisting with the preparation of Appeals, EUSS Applications and Naturalisation / Registration as a British Citizen.
Jemma has a particular passion for Family Visas and Human Rights cases, having both professional and personal knowledge of the complexities surrounding the UK Visa application system. Jemma strives for perfection when working on clients’ cases and this is clearly reflected in her work. With her strong attention to detail, organisational and problem solving skills she is dedicated to achieving the best possible outcome for all her clients.
