Janey is a Partner and is the head of our Immigration team in Glasgow. She advises on all areas of immigration, asylum, European free movement and nationality law.
She has specialised in this area of the law since qualification. She has a particular interest in applications for family members under Appendix FM of the Immigration Rules, whether that be on the basis of family life as a parent of a child in the UK, or family life with a partner.
