Fiona is a Solicitor in the Private Client team, based in the Bearsden office. Fiona joined Drummond Miller from Paterson Holms following a recent merger.
After studying law at Glasgow University, she qualified as a solicitor in 1982. Her career spans mixed civil litigation including contractual disputes, landlord and tenant and debt recovery. For the past 20 years she has focused mainly on Family Law dealing with negotiation of separation agreements to resolve financial and child issues.
Fiona now undertakes non contentious court work such as Guardianship applications. She has extensive experience with Guardianship applications and other applications under the Adults with Incapacity legislation. Fiona also advises on employment settlement agreements.
Outside of work she enjoys playing tennis, reading and supporting live music events.
