Elizabeth joined Drummond Miller in April 2025 as a Private Client Administrator in the Edinburgh office, bringing extensive experience in client support and community engagement.
Before joining the firm, she worked as a Triage Adviser for Citizens Advice Edinburgh Helpline, providing guidance and assistance to clients both over the phone and in person.
Elizabeth has also contributed significantly through volunteer work with organisations including the British Heart Foundation, Space and Broomhouse Hub, and St Andrews First Aid where she supported community services, reception, and cafe operations. She is recognised for her empathetic and patient approach, consistently prioritising client needs and delivering helpful, understanding support.
Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, watching films, and exploring the outdoors.
