Summer Work Experience Placements 2018

The application process for summer work experience placements will reopen in April. If you are in the 3rd year or above of your LLB Degree course and are interested in joining us in the summer please complete the 'Summer Placement Application Form ' and e-mail this to We will only consider applications received in March of 2018.

Traineeship Applications Invited For 2019

Applications for traineeships at Drummond Miller LLP, commencing in July 2019, are now invited. All applications must be received by us by 1pm on Friday 23 February 2018. (No late applications will be considered).

A traineeship at Drummond Miller is an opportunity to learn from highly-skilled, experienced and widely-respected legal specialists in a supportive and friendly working environment. Our trainees play an important part in our teams from the start and are accorded increasing responsibility over the course of their traineeships.

Our trainees may spend time between our litigation, family law and immigration departments, or elsewhere depending on our business needs. Trainees usually commence work in our head office in Edinburgh but they may also be required to spend time in one of our branch offices. Having a driving licence, therefore, is preferred.

Successful applicants will have a degree qualification of 2:1 or above.
