Drummond Miller's origins date back to the eighteenth century but the current firm was formed in 1991 by the merger of two established Edinburgh firms, Drummond & Company and Pairman, Miller & Murray. Drummond & Co were able to trace their origins back to the late eighteenth century with Pairman Miller Murray to the nineteenth century. Over the years both firms have been involved in cases that are regarded as landmarks in Scottish legal history. In April 2000, the firms of MacPhail & Co and L & L Lawrence merged with Drummond Miller to establish our Glasgow office. This office now also trades as Drummond Miller.
Chair, Fiona Moore and Managing Partner, Angus McPherson lead the current management team with the other members being Alasdair Buchanan, Brian Tait and Andrew Purdie.
