Are you invincible?
If not, have you granted a Power of Attorney?
Should illness or accident cause you to lose the ability to deal with your finances and make important decisions about how you are cared for, who would you want to act on your behalf?
Unless you have granted a Power of Attorney, nobody (not even your closest loved ones or most trusted friends) has the automatic authority to make decisions on your behalf.
However much friends or family may wish to help and protect your interests, they may find themselves facing a lengthy (and often costly) court process before they can fulfil your wishes.
Save them the worry and take control of your future. Grant a Power of Attorney.
