Richard served his apprenticeship from 1975 to 1977. Enrolled solicitor since 1977. Assumed as a Partner 1978. Member of Management Board 1985-2006. Chairman 2003 to 2006.

Richard is a specialist in private and commercial conveyancing and leasing and has significant experience of marketing the purchase and sale of development and investment property.
