Fiona graduated from Dundee University with LLB (Hons) in 2004 and obtained her Diploma in Legal Practice the following year.

She commenced her traineeship with Drummond Miller in 2005 focusing solely on litigation working in both the Court of Session and Sheriff Court departments. Fiona qualified as a solicitor in 2007 and worked in the medical negligence department until November 2008 before leaving for a short period to work with another firm. 

She returned to Drummond Miller in April 2010 to take over as Head of the Sheriff Court Department following the retirement of Robert Frazer as a partner in May 2010. The Department deals with a wide range of civil court matters and has a large agency practice and is happy to accept instructions from other firms. 

Fiona's practice includes all types of civil litigation with a special focus on personal injury.
