Promotions

We are delighted to announce the promotions of Victoria Wilkinson to Senior Associate and Linsey Brack and Darren Deery to Associates all with effect from 1 November 2011.
Victoria has worked in our Court of Session department since 2006, where she has dealt with a wide variety of cases including personal injury, judicial review and, particularly, family law. She is now moving to our Family Law department in Edinburgh, where she will join Linsey Brack and Elaine Proudfoot, who retires as a Partner on 2 December. Victoria is a member of the Family Law Association.
Linsey joined our Family Law department in 2008 and deals with financial matters arising on separation or divorce and child related matters, including contact and residence disputes and child maintenance. Linsey is also a member of the Family Law Association.
Darren works in our Court of Session department as a member of the Clinical Negligence team. He has experience in a wide range of clinical negligence actions and has a particular interest in birth damage cases having settled a number of complex and high value cases in recent years.
