Full Time Legal Secretaries - Immigration/ Court
Edinburgh and Glasgow
Salary - £attractive
We currently have opportunities for experienced Court Secretaries based in our Glasgow and Edinburgh City Centre offices. Main responsibilities will be to provide a comprehensive secretarial support to the Immigration and general court departments and others as required.

Credit Controller - Edinburgh
We currently have an opportunity for a Credit Controller with experience in a legal environment based in our Head Office in Edinburgh.
Main responsibilities will be as follows:
. Management of client account ledger
. Contacting debtors for outstanding payments
. Account reconciliation
. Credit administration duties
. Reporting to Management Board on any relevant issues
. Instructing legal proceedings to recover debts
. Processing of card payments
. Support to fee earners to ensure proper management of fees and debts
Whilst not essential, it would be beneficial to have a relevant qualification in Credit Control or Law Accounting but candidates with a proven track record, gained within a similar role will be welcomed. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential together with a high degree of computer literacy.
